- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We charge $35 an hour base, for one of our decluttering experts to help you. We charge $70 for two, and the price increases by $20 an hour for each extra declutterer after that. We may charge an extra fee for hard to reach spaces, or spaces that require extra equipment like goggles or face masks (i.e. attics or crawlspaces). We charge no sales tax.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We generally will schedule a free, no obligation assessment and let the potential client know how many hours the job would require. After that, we work out a scheduling arrangement that works for the client for us to come to their home and declutter.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Our Founding Partners are both students at MSU that started this company to help people relieve stress in their lives and organize their homes. Our Partners both have extensive experience decluttering and organizing homes, and they have conducted academic research into the psychology of clutter and the effect it can have on people.
