Introduction: Finally I get to do a job that I feel appreciated and admired. The knowledge I have of Real Estate helps me to assist buyers and sellers in a more productive way. I began selling homes in Ohio in 2004 because my husband was being deployed for the 5th time to war and I knew my kids needed me at home more. Real Estate is a very flexible position and a lit of my work I can do from home. I started working with a local realtor in Inez Kentucky when I was 17 years old. For 4 years I learned all about negotiating tactics, procedures and most importantly the clients . I learned that you really get close to your clients and they become part of your family. When my clients are upset I feel it also, whrn my clients are excited and hopeful, I share that as well. Many rewards in this job . Helping a family sell an estate whrn its so hard to let it go. Being compassionate to a person who is selling because they lost their job, or are experiencing a hurtful divorce. I enjoy helping people. I have the most patience of any person I know. Somehow I have a gift to understand and sympathize with a loved ones fears. Helping a first time homebuyer is a feeling I cannot begin to explain, its amazing. Helping a couple downsize after raisingv children for 30 years in the same home is so endearing. My job is wonderful, I get the appreciation I always looked for in a career, and I learn so much from myh clients.
