Cleaning is something that I like to accomplish. I love to organize, to freshen and renew a space to feel comfortable to walk into. Nothing is better then walking into a clean house after a long day. We can work together with schedules, pick day or time that works well for you. I prefer to have a list of what is expected, a list of what is safe to use and any directions to be gone over in advance. I can be on standby in case it’s time for guests to come, or it can be a regular routine thing. Your wish is my desire and I’ll do what I can.
Photos -
I have always preferred to be the second photographer at weddings, formals, and or events. Why? simple, I don’t want the heat to ever come back on me if the style isn’t what the person wanted. I love detail, I love unique photos and ideas. I take pictures of things that end up being favorites, but while I’m taking it- the doubt is all over everyone’s face. Since I don’t have a secure portfolio of photos, I would love to be a second photographer, or if even is something that is basic- no problem. Weddings ... such a big day, eventually I will be confident in that but at this time- hire me as the second and guarantee you will be happy. Or after the first photographer leaves, have me come in to start taking the fun pics. Whatever you think is best- I’ll try to do. I like, or I should say LOVE photos. Pictures are sometimes the only thing in life that stays the same. Things happen and years go by, so many things can happen but the picture that captures that moment in time - it can trigger emotions, smells, feelings. The moment will never be duplicated and I love that. I’m passionate about memories and pictures are one way we can keep memories close to us.
Administrative:
I worked in the medical field for OBGYN practice with five providers. Managed front desk staffing and scheduling employees/ docs templates / patient appointments, tests and labs. I’m extremely comfortable speaking to people and not afraid to jump in and help where my help is requested. I have experience with Fmla/ Insurance eligibility/ Medicaid and Medicare/ Medical records/ Hipaa/ Billing.
I next worked in accounting for a large corporation. I took over payroll for 100 employees paid weekly and handled all vacation requests and pay for each employee. I can use a computer and keyboard like a pro and waste no time on what needs accomplished on a time frame. I love organization, I hate clutter. I have a huge personality and many say I express myself via the love I have for other humans. At times this is exhausting and I have to manage the compassion and respect I have for hard working people, those in need or who have been given a rough go in this game we call life. I love having my own office. I love to plan and be in charge and let people know what is expected of them. If i feel that something is not ok and hindering my work ethic- I will speak up and respectfully let someone know my thoughts or feelings. I don’t like gossip and office drama or talk. It happens- I don’t want to be a part of it and come to a job to work, assist, help where needed and leave. A job is a job for a reason. In the most respectful and loving way possible. Experience is a wise but cruel teacher.
