We had Donna train our department on three occasions: 1). Presentation Skills 2). Agenda-setting and running a successful meeting 3). Sales tips for non-sales employees - asking meaningful questions She is professional, knowledgeable, engaging, sincere, and FUN! Most employees roll their eyes when their company provides training. In our company though, people line up to get in! We even have to break meetings into two sessions to accommodate demand. Other departments stop her in the hallway asking how they can get in. What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
All clients have specific needs. I like to do a needs assessment to determine their goals. I travel to client sites no matter where in the U.S. they are located.

Everything from small business to Fortune 500. I have also done individualized coaching.
