I particularly get a personal rush when it's a 100+ degrees outside and you do an a/c repair, the joy and satisfaction on the faces of my clients along with repair costs that were lower than they expected is what I love the most. I've been doing this for 20 years and I love my trade, I love what I do!

I contacted ray in the afternoon and he was at my door that evening. He did an awesome job on my exterior fixtures and cleaned up after his work. He was very customer service oriented and I'll never hesitate to contact him again. The most impressive thing was that he stayed until he completed the project - it was late in the evening and I told him he could come back the following day - but he stayed and finished the job - that's awesome in my book.

Had good execution from Kris Ray, but a lot of logistics re: payments, scheduling, etc. involved. Not smoothly organized as a business yet, but Kris will do a good job for you if hired. He has a good work ethic and works hard.
