Melissa took my horribly over filled shelves in my kitchen and made them into a wonderful pantry area. I invested a bit of money in the pantries themselves but she helped me organize them with storage containers from the dollar store! Melissa worked with me on how I use things in my kitchen and then helped me make sense of the best way to organize and store my pantry items. Cooking and baking is so much easier now that everything has its own space. I'm so pleased with Melissa and the work she did to get me organized!

Melissa helped to transform my bathroom storage throughout my house, all via social media and online communication! We started with me taking photos of all of the bathroom storage areas I had and photos of all the items I needed to fit back into the space. The project included our master bathroom and my daughters' bathroom. We were finding ourselves overbuying a LOT of bathroom supplies because I never knew what we had or, even if I knew we had some on hand, I could never find it. I took measurements of the storage areas we have and Melissa put together drawings and Amazon shopping carts for me to implement a storage solution. She coached me on grouping items as I went along and was a great virtual cheerleader while I put everything together and got rid of the clutter. The final result has been functioning very well for my family and has been easy to keep up because I finally got rid of all of the bags and boxes that were hard to organize and keep track of. It's been close to three months and every cabinet and drawer that was a part of our original discussion have been completely transformed. I've also been able to apply the principles and steps she led me through to resolve our toy storage issues in other parts of our home. It's impacted how my eldest daughter interacts with her toys, how much she participates in cleaning up and maintaining her space, and eliminated the clutter that was causing a lot of frustration for my family. Whether you are able to work with her 1:1 online or in person, Melissa is exceptional at what she does and is wonderful to work with!

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Fees are all-inclusive. Includes travel to location, removal of donations and/or debris, shopping time for necessary storage and accessories (receipt provided/customer responsible for cost of purchases), email support between sessions and before and after photos for each client.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Phone call intake to assess client needs and/or in home consultation. Three hour sessions book per session or by the package which provides a discount to the client.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have completed core classes through National Association of Professional Organizers.
