- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Fees are all-inclusive. Includes travel to location, removal of donations and/or debris, shopping time for necessary storage and accessories (receipt provided/customer responsible for cost of purchases), email support between sessions and before and after photos for each client.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Phone call intake to assess client needs and/or in home consultation. Three hour sessions book per session or by the package which provides a discount to the client.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have completed core classes through National Association of Professional Organizers.
