Well, I am going off my wife's description but for 30 minutes they could not figure out how to hook up the ramp and then struggled with the tie down wall in the truck. The friend showed up wearing sandles which are hardly appropriate for heavy lifting and a day or physical labor. Without our neighbors showing up to help them, who know how it would have turned out.
