Introduction: I'm a certified personal trainer and rehabilitative exercise specialist located almost directly across from the Gulf Breeze Zoo. I have 22 years of experience helping people achieve their goals and overcome many debilitating conditions as well as problems with their vision. Victor Gagliardi is the best personal trainer I've ever worked with. He healed my 9 year painful chronic hip issue, after arthroscopic surgery, acupuncture, massage, icing, resting, and all other doctors and trainers could not. I'm able to run again (and no pain!!) after 10 years of having given it up. I worked out with Vic for many years once a week and he always kept our workouts fun, varied, and inspiring. I'd still be working out with him now if we lived in the same state! He is highly knowledgeable, and listens to your goals, and helps you achieve them. Vic is a very experienced and gifted trainer. He has an in depth knowledge of how the body works and particularly how different parts of body relate to and affect each other. All of this combined helped me to attain the results I was looking for - either gaining strength and flexibility or working out painful kinks and muscle issues in my body.

I worked with Vic for a couple years and he was a huge part of my fitness journey. He truely is an amazing trainer and human being . Vic helped me tremendously even through some injuries helping me modify and strengthen to prevent further injury. He definatly knows what hes doing and is very professional and he most certainly has healing hands .I would highly recommend him and wish i was still his client unfortunately for me we are no longer in the same state but fortunate for anyone he is going to work with they will be as happy as I was. He is missed here very much by all of his old clients hes the best and i wish him the best.

Initial Assessment: Free Single session: $50 Twice a week: 10% Discount Three times a week: 20% Discount
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I will perform a free evaluation of the client to assess their current condition and discuss their goals. Our session can begin immediately after the assessment, or at a date we set together.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
My certifications have included: International Sports Sciences Association CHEK Institute (Scientific Core Conditioning) Baylor Sports Medicine (Personal trainer/ Rehabilitative exercises specialist) National Accademy of Sports Medicine And: I was trained by Meir Schneider of The SF School For Self Healing. He was blind until he was 17 yrs old, but can now drive without glasses! We work on people with every different kind of debilitating condition. I was certified through his school as a massage therapist, self healing practitioner, and a teacher of natural vision improvement.
