- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
For shingle replacements, we can typically ask for just an address (and based on a customer's description of their roofing condition) provide an estimate within 24 hours. For metal replacements (including shingle to metal reroofing), we must conduct an on-site estimate to assess conditions for the roof installation.
- What types of customers have you worked with?
We work with all sizes of companies and buildings; from large 10,000+ sq. ft. commercial buildings to small trailer reroofs: we handle them all.
- What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?
There are only about 5 companies on the MS Gulf Coast that are fully insured in their work. However, there are more than 30 roofing "companies" that offer their services to potential customers. Anyone can put a ladder in their truck and say they can roof. ALWAYS check for references and ensure that they are reputable and have worker's compensation insurance with a valid certificate.
