What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I charge by the session not by a specific time limit my readings are over when the client feels that's learned enough or that I can not provide any further information
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I go into all new client readings asking them for a open heart and free mind, depending on the reading of their choice we go over what I see first of that is correct then I go over questions also if there is any follow ups that are needed I explain in detail exactly why I feel they are needed.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have a degree in Psycholigy from Duke university which helps me understand people's thought process and emotions. I am a 5th generation psychic reader and empathic healer so I've grown up with this gift in my family life and personal life.
