- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We do our best to charge a fair price that allows us to pay a fair wage. We treat our technicians with respect and continuously work on education and training so that we can always know the safest and correct way to take care of every surface in your home.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I prefer to talk to a new client one on one. Every client has their own preferences and their own needs. In the housekeeping and hospitality industry everyone is unique
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I've always loved the research and development aspect of any job I've had from housekeeping to hospitality to construction to automotive accessories so I am continuously studying and learning new or old techniques.
