Patti Nicholas, owner of The Green Home, has been an integral and meaningful part of my family for many years. I’ve confidently recommended them to others countless times. The Green Home values the home owner’s privacy, expects honesty, integrity, and transparency of their employees, and is immediately attentive to questions or concerns. They are punctual and, should something delay them, a phone call/text will come prior to arrival time. While not always possible, they do their best to accommodate any rescheduling needs that arise, particularly during the holidays. They care about the environment and allergies/sensitivities that people endure. Because of this, they use cleaning products that are environmentally friendly. The Green Home is kind to indoor pets, too! Our animals greet them as part of the family, and enjoy having the team around for the day. Patti is hard working and reliable, makes your house clean, and her can-do attitude and kind heartedness always leaves your space feeling much brighter and positive!

We own a vacation rental Cottage in Gulfport Mississippi. Patti has cleaned our Cottage many times. She is an excellent housekeeper and very conscientious. She has gone above and beyond for us on many occasions as out-of-state owners. You are lucky if you can find a place on her schedule for her to make your home beautiful! I would suggest Patty and her team to anyone needing a cleaner. I was in a bind needed someone on short notice. She did a great job. She was also the first one to respond to me at 10:30p at night. I will be using her regularly. Thanks so much Patty and your team.

We do our best to charge a fair price that allows us to pay a fair wage. We treat our technicians with respect and continuously work on education and training so that we can always know the safest and correct way to take care of every surface in your home.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I prefer to talk to a new client one on one. Every client has their own preferences and their own needs. In the housekeeping and hospitality industry everyone is unique
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I've always loved the research and development aspect of any job I've had from housekeeping to hospitality to construction to automotive accessories so I am continuously studying and learning new or old techniques.
