They are quick, they are efficient, and I have never had any complaints from any of my clients. They do a quality professional job and they are reasonably priced.

Each job varies therefore I would have to see the actual floor before I would be able to give you an estimate.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Treat them as if they were my closest friends. I don't believe in wasting a customer's time. I don't give phone quotes. I have to see the actual project before giving an estimate.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
16 years flooring experience in both the USA and Western Europe
