- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
The quotes are given based on the information given. The quotes could ho up or down after an initial walk through has taken place. Pricing can sometimes be negotiable depending on the specifics of the Job.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We must first understand the customer work order requirement or statement of work. This is accomplished by performing a site survey (walk through)to assess the project, calculate the number of hours for supervision, labor, transportation, equipment and materials needed to determine a fair and reasonable quote or pricing proposal. Once the proposal has been accepted the project is scheduled at a mutual agreeable date and time. We then assign the supervisor/project manager.
- What types of customers have you worked with?
Our workers have government clearances and have worked for the Dept. of Defense, University of Maryland Catholic Bishops, and FBI to name a few. We have also worked with Morgan Stanley, M&T Bank and University of Maryland Hospital.
