Introduction: I have over 10 years of yoga and health coaching experience. I teach a vinyasa-based class as well as yin yoga. I am a certified health coach and Reiki master. I balance my classes based on the students' needs as well as experience. I have also work with students looking to deepen the yoga practice, those new to yoga or people looking to use yoga as a healing modality.
I love to see the moment when someone has achieved his or her goal, be it physical or mental. Students have such a wonderful appreciation for the way yoga benefits their lives; that is the gift of teaching yoga.

I have been a dedicated student of Rochelle's for years now. I have followed her teachings. I have even traveled to CO for her guidance. She has thought me so much through the years. My practice has grown leaps and bounds because of what she has shared with me and all her students. As a teacher she gives so much of herself and it shows. I feel honored and blessed that I have been able to have the opportunity to be amongst others be of her students. I look forward to deepening my practice even further as she takes on new ventures and lesson of her own. A teacher that is always learning is one that can always give in to others. Rochelle is a remarkable human that gives her all in her teachings. Words cannot express enough how much I have learned and grown from her. A simple thank you just doesn't seem enough but thank you!

Rochelle is a wonderful yoga teacher. She is kind and compassionate, she offered me a wonderful introduction into yoga. Something I will be doing full time going forward
