- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
The following prices are our standard fees for services we offer. We frequently have promotional deals and coupons available to customers. Furthermore, we also offer an incentive program for all bodywork. For every 6 hours of massage/reiki/soundhealing/or auric tuning purchased you will earn a free, hour long session. Life and Wellness Coaching- $90 per session (approx 50 min.) Double bookings are available for longer sessions. Swedish or Relaxation Massage- 60min $85 90min $120- A standard massage geared toward general wellness. The Ultimate Neck Masage- 45 min- $65- This massage protocol is designed using principals of Swedish massage, positional release therapy, and even Reiki energy healing. It is a slow and methodical treatment with the aim of releasing the painful neck tension which can be built up over years of physical or emotional stress and may be causing chronic headaches, or similar discomforts. Aromatherapy- $10 addon, $50 for 30min- Aromatherapy may be purchased as an addon to any massage or energy-based service. It may also be selected as a standalone service which will involve the client being settled on a massage table as the practitioner utilizes the properties of essential oils to aid in relaxation and natural healing. Deep Tissue Massage- 30min 50$ 60min $110 90min $150- Deep tissue massage is a more intense experience with the goal of working on serious imbalances within the muscle tissue. This is NOT recommended for people who are only looking for a relaxing massage with firm pressure. Reikisage- 30min 50$ 60min $110 90min $150- This unique protocol combines the power of reiki with gentle, slow massage strokes to unlock the body’s own healing potential. There will be moments of pause for the practitioner to focus on specific hand holds and energy channeling. Crystal Healing- 15min $30, 30min $50, 60min $75- An Energy based healing session utilizing the power of natural crystals. Crystals work to gently balance the subtle energy body by changing the frequency of energy to match its own. Usui Reiki- 15min $30, 30min $50, 60min $75- An energy-based healing session utilizing the techniques passed down from Mikao Usui and his first class of Masters. Reiki typically involves light touch for focused handholds that allow the practitioner to channel energy directly into specific areas of the body. Usui Reiki Certification- Level 1 $125 Level 2 $250 Level 3 (By invitation only) $500- Learn the art of Reiki for yourself! The course is broken down into 3 different ascending skill levels. (Master level is by invitation only.) Sound Healing- 15min $30 30min $50 60min $75- Experience the power of healing vibrations through drums, rattles, singing bowls, the didgeridoo, and voice. Allow the imbalances of your subtle energy body to be soothed and corrected through sound and music. Shamanic Healing- $120/ session (Time varies between 60-90 min) – Shamanic healing covers a wide variety of powerful spiritual techniques as learned though years of study and practice. Each session will be uniquely tailored to the needs of the client and may last up to an hour and a half depending on the work being done. Sessions may include things such as, Shadow work, Soul Retrieval, Energy balancing, Shamanic Journeying, Nurturing the Garden of the Soul, Ancestral Connections, and more. Shamanic Tutoring- $200 For first session, $100 subsequent sessions (Duration will vary between 60-90 min)- Begin the journey of self-healing by claiming your inner power as a Shaman. In these sessions you will learn to interface with the universe around you in a completely new and dynamic way. You will develop skills such as: Bare Awareness- Learning to connect with the very essence of life around you and develop an intimate relationship with nature, Shamanic Journeying- Learn to travel to and seek knowledge from the three different spiritual realms (Upper, Middle, and Underworld), Soul Retrieval- Learn to travel back to where traumas fragmented your spirit and forced unwanted changes onto you, Shapeshifting- Learn to change the frequency of your own energy to be empowered in new and incredible ways. All of these skills and more will be taught utilizing both a challenging, and compassionate approach to aid you in discovering the depths of your personal power.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We at OakHeart Healing believe that it is important to get to know our customers, and understand where they are in their journey. There are some intake forms for our services, as well as general questions we may ask just to more fully understand how to help our clients. Each session will conclude with a check-in, to make sure the client is satisfied, and to discuss how to improve upon what was already done for the next visit.

Jake- Maryland Registered Massage Practitioner (750+ hours education). Usui Reiki Master Trainer with 6 years of experience in different forms of energy work such as sound healing and auric tuning.
