Introduction: Hi My name is Alex! I am 200 hr yoga alliance cirtified instructor of hot yoga and yoga Nidra (meditation) All private lessons would be held at Bhakti Yoga of SJ in Hainsport NJ with the option for the room to be heated. All yoga Nidra is no heat. I am new to thumbtack and I am excited to expand outside of my already established client base at my studio. The lessons are personalized and together I can guide you through a meaningful yoga/meditation practice and get more in depth on the physical and medical benefits of each pose along with the mental and emotional benefits as well! How did you get started doing this type of work?
My parents started doing bikram yoga when I was 13 and eventually I tried as well. It was difficult for me in the beginning mostly mentally. But with time and practice I've grown to not only love practicing yoga but also apsolutely love teaching it to others. I've never found anything els to help bring such internal peace and balance to my life. I wouldn't trade it for anything in the world.
What types of customers have you worked with?
I have worked with all ages and level of ability. from beginner to seasoned. Also I have worked one on one with students with shoulder injuries, back pain, pain in the sciatic, and knee surgery.
