- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I work purely on a contingency basis. If I do not recover for you, you do not pay me.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Upon providing information about your case, I will explain whether or not you have a case. At that point, we can enter into an agreement for you to become a client.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I graduated from the University of Central Florida with a degree in Legal Studies. I then attended St. Thomas University where I obtained a joint JD/MBA. Thereafter, I took and passed the Florida Bar. I am licensed to practice law in the State of Florida, U.S. District Court for the Southern District of Florida, and the U.S. District Court for the Middle District of Florida.
