What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Once I client has reached out to me via my website, I will contact them within 12-24 hours in regards to availability and discussing how to submit their deposit to secure booking. Depending on what service is booked, I ensure to keep in communication herb my client to know what to anticipate next. If I am being contacted via thumbtack, I respond back ASAP!
