5 stars is hardly enough... I would give 1000 stars if I could! Gary is (hands-down) the BEST in the business! Responsive, professional, knowledgeable like no other, and he was a HUGE help to us before even coming to our home to close our pool for the season! So impressed! That’s funny, I receive a message saying that this customer wanted to hire me and not even 2 minutes later I receive this 1 start review stating that Bad i changes the price . I have NEVER communities with this person at all!!! I quoted the price as 300 for the closing and that’s what the prices was to be!!!! Thanks for the 1 star review!!! Bad customer!!!!!!

- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?Prices depend on situation. Some services such as cleanings, openings, closings that are packages will be a fixed price. Other situations such as plumbing, diagnosing issues, installing parts and so on, are an hourly charge.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?I give estimates on all work before giving any prices. One of my questions (especially on larger money jobs) is always " what is a comfortable budget that you need to stay within?" This practice has allowed me to maintain and VERY close, honest, quality relationship with all my customers.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?My education and training has come largely from being in the industry for over 20 years and watching, listening and doing everything I was able to. I have worked with and for some of the best in the business and have learned everything I know from them. Having learned from old school and new school thought processes, it has given me a unique ability to figure most problems out fairly quickly.
