I started training with j fit in may of 2017 and since i started my desire to go to the gym has grown. His determination to get you to meet your expectations and more is unlike any other trainer I've work with. J pays close attention to your form and diet and is always present with every exercise giving support and pressing the best out you to ensure you get the most out of your workout. J also asks questions throughout the training session making sure you feel alright before proceeding to the next exercise , making it just challenging enough to where you feel you are getting your money's worth. At the beginning of my training I weighed 264 pounds im now down to 250 as of june 14th. With j fits training of high intensity interval training and unorthodox style, I couldn't be more happy with my results I hope this gets you excited to train and ready for a change thats for the better.

I’ve been training with Josh for almost 4 months now, and believe he is one of the most experienced & committed trainers around. Josh is focused on helping me achieve my goals and makes every session challenging (& somehow fun). My fitness has increased noticeably and I’ve seen improvements in my ability to complete more sit ups / core exercises, lift progressively heavier weights & generally push myself harder throughout each session. I find I actually look forward to my workouts. – He ensures that my technique is always correct to avoid any injuries. – He is extremely reliable & punctual – always set up & ready to start training ahead of time, with an exercise routine planned. I thoroughly enjoy working with Josh and would recommend anyone looking to improve their fitness to sign up !

Turning a lifelong couch potato into a gym rat is no small feat! Up until a year ago, I had been a total couch potato; so I was horrified about the prospect of showing myself up in a gym. Josh is incredibly understanding and reassuring. Not that he went easy on me – after a few sessions, I was amazed to see and feel a difference. The sessions are fun, varied and full of ideas for work-outs I can practice in my own time too. One year on from my first session, my energy levels are up, my waist size is down and I feel stronger and healthier than ever before. Got a custom workout plan and went from there. Results week on week. Support and motivation all along the way I have been very impressed by Josh’s passion to help clients, his knowledge, and his ability to connect with his clients. Highly recommended!
