So I met Rob (The owner), while resolving my employers computer issues. As an employee, my manager informed me they outsourced their IT to 911 Computer Rescue. After seeing the way Rob approached fixing my PC, I knew immediately that he cared, took extreme pride in his solution skills and knew what he was doing. His confidence level is through the roof and he knew his shit. Ive used other resources like him in the past and recognized his abilities immediately. Rob is better than anyone Ive ever dealt with and I promised to have him handle my personal and family computers.
Im my opinion he is the best at fixing computers and communicating. He's one bad ass cool computer nerd who I highly recommend. You will not regret investing your hard earned dollars with Rob. He does IT right.
Forget the other shops where you cant guarantee the outcome; deal with Rob and trust him to get it right.
