FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
An estimate of cost is always given over the phone before showing up to a job to insure our clients know what to expect. If necessary we will come out and give an estimate to the client in person at no additional cost.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
When working with a new client we think it is important to convey all relevant information including our cleaning process and pricing structure to the client before showing up to do the job. Whether we cleaning carpet, tile or upholstery the process is very similar. First we treat with a strong but safe pre-treater. This is very important to the overall process as it is what breaks down the dirt, grim and any stains that may be present. Next comes the hot steam treatment. We use the highest safe cleaning temperatures depending upon what material we are working with. This is also very important because hot water cleans better than cold. Finally during the steam cleaning process we apply a release agent that separates the dirt, soils and any stains from the material being cleaned. Finally we thoroughly dry the material using the highest suction available removing as much moisture as possible, leaving a clean and fresh smelling result. An estimate of cost is always given over the phone before showing up to a job to insure our clients know what to expect. If necessary we will come out and give an estimate to the client in person at no additional cost.
- What types of customers have you worked with?
We have worked with both residential and commercial clients. We also do work for many clients who have rental properties and must clean those properties between occupants.
