FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I am not always the cheapest guy, but I will give you the best job I can do. It’s me and my son that operate the business, so we can keep quality control of our work.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I like to discuss your particular carpet and proper method of cleaning. No two carpets are alike. I over extraction and a low moisture carpet cleaning method.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I worked for Rutherford Supply Company in Richmond VA for 15 years, a supplier of janitor supplies and chemicals. I was the top salesman of 26 sales reps where we continually got up to date training on the latest chemicals and equipment. Then I worked for 2 years for Karcher NA, which is a carpet equipment manufacturer. I covered Virginia and North Carolina markets where I demoed and sold carpet cleaning equipment. So I have had the best training on chemicals and equipment.
