- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Our company strives on making our customers feel as if they're not hiring on your average contractor. We want the home owner to feel as if they're hiring a friend and try to get on a personable level to gain their trust and comfortability when discussing their projects.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Our employees try to make the best of their related field criteria. They take classes quarterly to get refreshers and leann new ways to complete tasks in a correct yet timely manner.
- How did you get started doing this type of work?
I first started in the construction field when I was 8 years old, working for my grandfather who's been a painter for over 50 years. He's taught me the tricks of the trade, put me with other types of contractors such as, plumbers, electricians, drywallers, and framers. I've done this type of work majority of my life until I was 18 and ready to join the U.S. Army after 9-11.
