- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Our standard pricing for bookkeeping is $60 per hour. Tax preparation standard rates are $200 for a personal return and $600 for a business return, however additional charges may apply.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
The first step for a new client is our online onboarding via our website. Once that is complete, the client is contacted via phone and/or email to obtain further details about the services they require.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I hold a Bachelor's degree in Accounting, an MBA with a concentration in Accounting, and am in the final steps to obtaining my CPA license. I have passed the exam, which is the biggest step to obtaining the license.
