- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Prices are pretty reasonable compared to surrounding spas. However, prices are subject to change. We offer promotions and specials through out the year. We offer military and senior discounts. We charge 50% no show & same day cancellation fee of service. Client will not be allowed to book until 50% is be paid in full.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
All new clients are given a medical intake form before a session as well as a consultation. This allows us to get to know a little about client history by asking accurate questions, and helps us to create a proper treatment plan.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I am a former Cosmetology instructor, So I am able to educate my clients about the benefits of massage and I can help them, as well as teach them to help themselves. I have a degree in massage therapy and occupational science.
