Mr. Fred is a life saver! We needed a number of things done on our home before we were able to put it up for sale and he was the BEST. Professional and excellent at his work. Responded in a timely manner to every request (there were many) and brought a wealth of knowledge and expertise to his craft. Some of the things he fixed for us: gable replacements, porch railing corrections, garage door corrections, toilet repairs, door repairs, vent repairs, etc. His upbeat and kind attitude was a welcome breath of fresh air in a stress filled housing market. You are in good hands if Mr. Fred helps you with a project. Highly recommend.

Everything about my experience was great. The repairs were quoted reasonably, the quoted completion time was fast and completed on time and the quality of the work was fantastic. His professional knowledge allowed me to utilize him for many jobs including plumbing, windows, and pressure washing my house which lead to a great presentation for my final walkthrough prior to closing on my house.

*4 HR MINIMUM* I offer 10% off of all labor for military and first responders.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Though I am flexible, most of the time I bid the labor and have the customer reimburse for materials. For jobs with materials over $100, I will sometimes ask for a deposit toward materials or have the customer do a pay by phone at Lowe’s or HD.
