Our Chef, a Veteran and a graduate of Johnson and Wales, has worked in the food industry for over 30 years. He loves to cook and really enjoys when customers pass along compliments on a dish that he prepared. But, overall it's the fast-paced nature of the work along with the service aspect of this business combined with the customer interactions that give us the greatest satisfaction at work.
