FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I don’t have any extra fees, extra costs for the timings booked. The price I mention is the price you will pay (given we don’t go over). If for whatever reason the client needs extra time, I charge on a time and half basis per hour outside the agreed upon timings. Please keep in mind for every 1 hour shot I usually spend about 2-3 hours in my studio post processing, Standard post processing is always included in the price quoted. Premium post processing which includes blemish removals, skin softening costs an extra $50 per photo. Prints are available for purchase on my site. Albums are also available for purchase starting at $500
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
After agreeing on a price, location, time, and date, I usually like to meet with the customer ahead of time to get to know them. At that time I also like to make sure I know what exactly it is they want. I would also like to know their preferred style of photos (candid, posed, artsy, etc.). I would also like to meet the most important people at the event so that I can capture most of their moments during the event as well. I also like to try to stay out of the way so I want to make sure we are on the same page before the big day so I don’t have to disturb the events from proceeding.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I am a self-taught photographer. I have taken a couple photography classes here and there but most of my experience comes from the field. Take a look at my portfolio and if you like what you see then I’m sure you will love your photos!
