Ms. deTar cooked dinner for a part of 7. The food was delicious and the meal was completed in a timely manner. The ingredients were fresh and of high quality, which was evident in the presentation and in the taste of the food. To top it off, there was a surprise of a decadent, deep-dish apple pie, which was absolutely amazing. I need another one of those!!!

Chef Brika has prepared several special dinners for myself and my family, all of which were delicious and well-presented. She has also worked with us to create meal plans that contained locally-sourced, nutritious, choices that treated us with a variety of very tasty dishes fitting our budget nicely. She is also an excellent event coordinator from the planning through the event. Anyone who contracts with her will be glad they did!

I am a Le Cordon Bleu graduate with honors. I have chef experience in catering, and restaurants, as well as a personal chef.
