We can include the entire family or just one person. Having a degree in social work helps me understand the underlying emotional components that can stop us from making our lives more livable. Whether it's an empty nest, a sudden loss, downsizing or just wanting to get more 'organized', sometimes we need a 'coach' to help find that motivation. Picture this: the construction on my house is running behind where we will be receiving a new master bathroom, master closet, and generally overall upgraded master bedroom. Also picture: me, 9 months pregnant, unable to be in my house due to the dust and my pregnancy health at ALL... until exactly a week and a half before I'm to be induced. To make things worse, the house was already pretty messy and disorganized, but neither I nor my husband knew that we wouldn't be able to be in the house at all, so we didn't make much attempt to organize before needing to abandon the house for almost two months. Nothing is ready for this new baby. No one knows where anything is. I can't see my feet or bend over or even stand for a long period of time. I knew I was going to have to do something drastic. Enter Diane, who seriously floated into my life like a fairy godmother. She made room in her schedule on short notice for me and worked multiple hours for multiple days ihelping me get my life together. She is extremely proficient and stays on-task, something my non-pregnant brain can barely handle. She's also good with helping to prioritize your wants, something I also desperately needed help with. And bonus...she loves cats and pets! We have four cats and she's been very helpful in suggesting things to help us with them! After a few weeks "maternity break," we plan to pick back up here in a week or so and start working on my new closet, which I'm so excited about! Don't hesitate to hire Diane if you're ever feeling like you need assistance with organizing your house!

I met with Diane to combine an overlooked scrapbooking space to a homework/project room. She was such an inspiration and made me feel so at ease and reassured. I highly recommend her! Her homework was easy to remember and helped me continue on my own after she left. Thank you so much!

I had an area on my kitchen counter which was piled with open and unopened mail, some for my business and others miscellaneous. Dianne’s suggestion was to open the mail when it arrived, if it was junk mail immediately put it in the trash can. Then sort the rest and put it in my office in appropriate labeled containers. Great idea Dianne, thanks for all your help My kitchen counter is now used for cooking! As a Realtor this would be a great closing gift to assist my clients with what may seem an overwhelming task... unpacking and organizing.
