FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I charge $35 per hour and at the third hour give a $5.00 discount. If working outside of Franklin County a two hour minimum is required.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We speak on the phone or email each other. Sometimes I will ask for the client to email me photos so I can think about what needs to be done before I get to the client's home. I am always cognizant of time and want the client to get the most out of my services.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have a degree in social work and understand A.D.D personality types and those who have trouble letting go of items they have lived with for a long time or are special to them. I consider myself a 'gentle nudger' when it comes to purging, donating and sometimes trashing the things that do not serve the client any longer. I love the saying one man's trash is another man's treasure and try to encourage clients to understand that someone else could really use what they are about to donate.
