- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Sort of. We do have standard pricing on some services but not every situation is the same. We concentrate on ensuring we meet the needs of our customers. The desired end result is the most important factor of any job and we provide all pricing before starting the job. We conduct a pre-inspection of the areas that need attention and provide you with a fair price comparable to our competition. We never advertise that we are the cheapest, because we make up the difference in quality.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I bring to the table 21 years of military service where paying attention to detail was vital. We have been in business for one year and have been professionally trained to provide the best Floor Care service in the area.
- How did you get started doing this type of work?
As a retired Army veteran I started this business to be an independent small business owner that provides a quality floor cleaning service for my community and surrounding communities.
