We have two little kids and we had a very scary heating incident this weekend! Co2 was leaking from our not very old heating unit and we all felt the effects! It was awful and scary and awful!!!! I called Munro and they were here the next day and put in a new system within 24 hours. It is cold out and snowy and they made us a priority because we have kids and we were cold and all still very freaked out about the co2 leak! We highly recommend this company !!!!! So much!!!!!! Xoxoox also our basment floooded from the no power and they helped me move some stuff upstairs ! Just all around wonderful people and company!!!

The last thing we needed with a five month old baby and another April snowstorm, was a dead furnace. Todd came out and got us back and running to get us through the storm and then came out to replace the unit (our decision, after looking at the options) with his crew, providing us with a variety of plans to fit our needs. They showed up on time, and were courteous and professional throughout. Three weeks later, when a completely different and unrelated contractor tripped a few breakers and blew out a fuse in the unit, Todd had us back and running within an hour. Excellent service. Highly recommend.

Our HVAC system of course died on the hottest week of the year. We were away in a different time zone and he worked with my parents to get the system replaced and up and running by the time we returned. He did a great job explaining what was going to my mom who then had to relay all the info back to us. The owner Todd is so friendly and knowledgeable and his staff was extremely professional.

Todd came out to my fix my heater within 24 hours of contacting him through Thumbtack. It was an easy fix that was overlooked by another company. I will now use him for servicing my heat and air. Todd was efficient, friendly and it was evident he takes pride in his work.
