I am certified by Twogether in Texas to educate pre marital courses and deduct $60 from your marriage license. Wedding vows are magical and being apart of this special moment is eternal blessings. Belia Payne was absolutely delightful. She beat us to the beach wedding site after we went to the wrong beach access. She managed to get everyone to quiet down and kept my now husband from being totally silly. She is delightful, bringing joy and laughter to our special moment. I would recommend her without reservation. We may renew next year just to work with her again!

I loved the services we received. Not only was she at the wedding location early, she brought her two beautiful dogs that made our day even better! She kept communicating with us and was okay with the time change of our wedding due to high traffic. She respected our requests, answered all of our questions and performed a simple, and beautiful ceremony just as we had hoped for 😁 I would DEFINITELY recommend her to others!
