- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Due to the custom nature of our products, we do not have a standardized pricing system. All pricing, regardless of the product, is dependent upon the dimensions of window, and cost can drastically fluctuate from window to window is the sizes are not consistent throughout the home.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We start the process with a free-in home consultation. During the consultation, we show each customer our offered products, take window measurements, and prepare a final cost proposal. All of our products are custom made to accommodate each specific window size. Once the order is placed, we provide every customer with complementary temporary shades to allow for privacy and sun control while the window treatments are being produced. Installation is scheduled immediately after the product is received and most jobs are completed in a single day.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
All of our installers and sales designers complete a comprehensive training course before working in the field. Our installation team has a combined 60 years of experience and are highly skilled craftsman when it comes to window treatments. All of our sales designers are certified interior designers to ensure that the ideal product is chosen for each customer's individual needs.
