My husband and I both trained at different times with Chris Lowe. Chris was always upbeat and professional and taught both of us so much. Free weights and machines and what they all do for the body. Made us both fit and healthier. Chris is one of the best!! L C

Chris Lowe is a wonderful trainer who is very compassionate very strstraightforward.He cares about his clients he wants you to succeed and he is available for you anytime you need to talk to him and if you can't reach him he will call you or text you back as soon as he can. I highly recommend him to anyone and everyone who wants to lose weight, who wants to build muscle, who wants to be a competitive bodybuilder, bikini, fitness, physique, whatever you're trying to accomplish he's your man who just happens to be a great person and is very genuine, he will be there with you every step of the way to make sure that you succeed.

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
my price is $30 a session,sessions are an hr. package deals are also available.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I do a free consultation to talk with the client and see what his/her goals are. then we come up with a training and nutritional regimen that fits his/her health goals.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have certifications from ace ,nasm ,issa. My certification are in personaltraining,sports nutrition,pre/post natal,elderly adults,young adults and gym management. i am also a black belt in jujitsu,mma practioner,boxing instructor.i am also cpr/aed certified from the amerian red cross.
