I love to challenge western medicine through natural healing and relaxation techniques while exploring a deeper connection to all things. For as long as I can remember I have always known that there is more to life (and afterlife) than what is often taught in our western culture. Energy work has offered me a deep understanding of how much bigger we are than our physical bodies. The health of our energetic bodies and relationship to the universe is just as important as the health of our physical bodies. I work with all ages, including children and animals.

Audrey is a true healer. With her attention to detail, she created a relaxing and safe atmosphere for me, which immediately set me at ease upon entering her studio.
When I was settled, she used her Reiki knowledge (and magic hands!) to move the life force energy throughout my body. She quickly honed in on the trouble spots and spent extra time working out my "kinks."
When the session was over, we discussed her observations and she gave me some tips on how to practice self-healing techniques until my next session.
I left Audrey's studio feeling like I was floating on air. The only term that came to mind was "blissed out."

It was one of the most amazing experiences that I have had in a long time. From the very beginning to the very end, everything was like I walked into a fairyland. First, the reiki master Audrey introduces you to the concept of reiki, its history, background, then she talks about activating chi, and we along share our experiences. The second part she does the tuning for us, a few times, so to open up our chakra channels, and she performs reiki on us, which is beyond description -- you gotta feel it! then we practice on each other... highly recommended! once in a lifetime experience.. that stays with you!

We were at Blackberry and Maple this fall for a Blessing Way. It was the most perfect way to celebrate your friend who is about to give birth. Audrey and her space made the day! From the majestic back yard setting (perfect for pictures) to Audrey's guidance and leadership. ( none of us had ever been to one before ) it was a very emotional day filled w/ female friendship and love. If you've ever considered an alternative to a traditional baby shower you should have a Blessing Way at Blackberry and Maple. You will never forget the day!
