- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
One size package does not fit all. I usually like to understand your needs then create a custom package for you. I for one do not like crearing more fees for a client for "additional services" that are not included in "packages". We at Reves believe that Weddings and special events are once in a lifetime and should not fit into a "package ".
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
When I have an interested client I like to start with a phone conversation to better understand their needs. Once that is completed, I offer an opportunity to meet in person or remotely so we better understand the vision, and creative needs of your event. Once that is accomplished, we then create a unique proposal based on our meeting. This proposal also includes pictures.
- How did you get started doing this type of work?
I started doing this type of work since 2010. I have been primarily working for family and friends.
