Finding the right contractor is a stressful and daunting task, especially when a laymen is responsible for finding the “right” one.
Simple Edge and Rich are the perfect contractors for those of us who want options and do not want to be surprised with hidden costs and “gotcha” line items along the way. Rich has a dedicated team of contractors and doesn’t just pick up random workers from day to day. I trusted Rich and his staff in my home, and I trust them with my home.
They turned a dingy cellar into a beautiful office, gym, family room and laundry room. The area we once avoided , is an area we know embrace and look forward to spending time in.
Wish I could give more than 5 stars.

Rich at Peerless installed wood flooring in my bedroom and painted the interior of my house. He was extremely knowledgeable and helpful, and very professional throughout. I am extremely happy with the work he did. I love the way my floor looks and the paint job looks flawless. I will definitely be using him again.

Had some work done on our screened in porch. He put new tile down, a new screen door and painted. Everything came out wonderful and my husband and I were very pleased. I would recommend Rich and hire him again.

My husband and I can’t say enough nice things about our experience with Peerless. Rich and his seasoned staff helped us realize our vision for our basement. Rich worked with us to stay within budget, explained his process, and ensured that we were happy with his recommendations. We were comfortable reaching out to him with questions and never felt like we were just a ”job”. You’ll have a hard time finding a contractor (and talented carpenter!) that is more patient, respectful, and professional. Rich is a perfectionist that cares about his clients and it shows!
