- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I have a pricing sheet for all forms of my work; weddings, senior sessions, families, etc. The client is free to choose which package they want and go from there. A thing that I really love about the wedding packages is a form on my website called "name your own price". If I don't have a package that fits your needs, you can fill out that form with all the details of what you would like as a part of your special day along with a price that you think is appropriate. Past clients that have filled that form out LOVE that it's basically a customizable wedding package.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I love meeting people over coffee/dessert. It helps me get to know them personally and connect with them on a deeper level. I'll gladly show them around my website and hand them my personal phone number to reach out to if they ever have any questions. I adore building and maintaining new relationships, so chances are I'll make an effort to keep you around. My clients are the best part of this job!
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I've been photographing for 6 years, and am currently obtaining my undergrad in Business Administration, Photography, and Accounting. I've worked with 1 other "higher-end" photography business as a second-shooter for their wedding clients, and have been running my own business since I was 17.
