George and his partner did a great job wrapping our holiday lights on our large tree in the backyard. I wanted the lights to be as high up on the branches as possible so they brought all the necessary tools to place them even higher than I expected. They also took the time to point out that our (old) tree was about ready to split down the middle (!) and we needed to get it fixed ASAP before we lose it. Very grateful for them pointing it out to me. Their general communication with me throughout the whole process was quick, easy, and efficient and their prices were more than fair. I will consider hiring them again for other odd jobs around our home and recommend them to others!

I was happy with their work. Great guys and a good value. Expected a little more tech savvyness on scheduling and responsiveness to email and such since I found them online on Thumbtack. But I wasn't using these guys for technology expertise. I also had a small issue with the door that was installed, it was probably out of their control, but I am having to deal with a warranty issue and reinstall of a new door which was a pain, but they said they would be happy to help however they can. I had dealt with a previous issue like this so it wasn't that big of a deal, just annoying that I needed to deal with this aspect and some might not know how to handle it. But overall, I liked them, they did good work and I would use them again and would recommend their work to others.

Pricing really just depends on the job. Some are bid by the job, and occasionally there's jobs that are just on an hourly basis.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We'll schedule a time, convenient for you, to come to look over the scope of your project. Talk it over with you. And then give you a free written estimated bid proposal. Once we agree upon it, we can schedule a start date!
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
We have decades of experience in the carpentry and roofing business.
