Introduction: I am a Nutrition Exercise Specialist. I have a Bachelors degree from UCONN in nutritional sciences. I currently work at a community health center helping individuals with diabetes, hypertension, hypothyroidism, obesity and over all health. I have been a personal trainer for 3 years now. I have had great success in lowering A1C's for diabetic patients, reducing hypertension/ high blood pressure and lower body fat percentage. Just in 2 months the average weight lose in my clients is about 15-20 pounds. This is due to my experience in nutrition and exercise as well as keeping my clients motivated! What makes my service different from all other personal trainers is the nutrition meal plan, nutrition education, food log and guidelines that are easy to follow and have great results. as well as an exercise program incorporating resistance training and cardio.
