Introduction: Creating a therapeutic alliance where individuals are safe to explore the challenges in their lives is the foundation of effective therapy.  I offer an authentic, non-judgmental, direct, and empathetic treatment approach that facilitates growth. Together we can explore underlying core belief systems and patterns of thinking that contribute to disruption in our lives, and learn healthier and more effective ways of coping that lead to positive change.  My primary goal is to provide the right balance of support and guidance that empowers individuals, couples, and families to cultivate meaning, practice wellness, and find contentment in their lives. I specialize in treating trauma, anxiety, depression, and substance abuse, as well as exploring challenges relating to gender and sexual identity, grief and loss, spirituality, life transitions, and interpersonal relationships.  I'm also skilled with stress and anger management and encourage overall wellness through self-care practices including mindfulness, meditation, yoga, and exploring a spiritual connection. I am passionate about guiding people on a journey towards wellness and acheiving their full potential.
