- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
There are many variables that go into every project. It's because of this that a standard pricing model does not usually work. I can, at the customers request, come up with a "per hour" price quote depending on the job.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
With every new customer I introduce myself by phone and let the customer know a little about myself, my background, and my work history. The goal is to make the customer more comfortable with me and my company as we begin our working relationship together.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Although I have attended many classes and seminars, I have learned most of what I know in the field and hands on. I began working in the construction industry at only fourteen as a helper for my families business. Since that time I have worked in many different fields allowing me to gain the skills needed to complete almost any job from start to finish.
