- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
When working with a new customer, R&H will walk them through the steps of understanding the project in full. R&H wants to exceed customer satisfaction by completing the project on time and to the project description. R&H Tractor Services Order of Operations: 1. RFQ is received by R&H 2. R&H reaches out to customer to gain knowledge on project 3. If needed R&H will meet customer at project site to go over project 4. R&H will provide written proposal to customer for approval 5. R&H receives signed written proposal back from customer 6. Project date scheduled 7. Depending on project 50% down payment received by R&H 8. Project completed 9. Final Payment received by R&H
