Hired John to install my Ikea KVARTAL window rail system He issued an estimate which i agreed on and came in the first day .did about 2 hours of work and then had to leave for some personal reasons.the next day he came again and did some work for 1 hour and had to leave because of his daughter birthday party and promised to come back within few hours .never saw him again .i contacted him few days later and he told me his mom had a serious hearth failure during the birthday party which i sympathized with but again hard to believe after so many excuses but then again ,he never showed up to complete the work and came up with another excuses that he did not know the Job will take that long abandoned all the cut parts in my living room with my kids running around very unprofessional

Serge, It may seem odd that you would give me a negative review. You initially were dishonest with me about the whole job & expected me to finish it in an hour. I had other personal life matters to attend to that were of the utmost importance. I was honest & truthful with you & you say I made "many excuses". It was an unfortunate & painful time in my life & for you to say that publicly, is uncalled for. I notified you of my situation after I was by my mother's side in recovery. You did not care & you stated you would hire someone else. I was never paid for my time & it is logged that I spent 6 hours total at your house. I never left any material out when I left the premises. Over a month later, I still haven't been compensated for any work. I always try to go above & beyond for my customers but sometimes life happens & I apologized for that. I don't understand why you've decided to give a dishonest negative review over a month later. I wish you & your family the best of health & spirits. God bless, John

John did an excellent job building my flower box stand the dimensions were right on and all made out of PVC to withstand the weather!

I estimate jobs/services by the square (100'x100'), linear ft., or sq feet. for fence installation, siding removal/installation, painting, and/or carpentry services. I keep pricing well under most companies around the metro area.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Give an initial rough estimate with plenty of information so they feel well informed. I like to meet with them for a free inspection of the jobsite & get to know each other on a professional friendly level.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have an Associates of Arts in Business. I have about 22 years experience in the construction field. I was a foreman for a reputable construction company for 7 years.
