My Facebook group Rockin’ Body Fitness was created for others to have a place to share their fitness journey, along with challenging their perceived limitations, and to get support from a professional (me). I will post monthly challenges, workouts, fitness articles, and at times recipes.
This is a lifestyle change, and we don't need to do it alone.
