Introduction: I work with bodies of all shapes and sizes to create an experience tailored to the needs of the individual -- be it strength building, pain management, or simply an opportunity to relax and de-stress. Interested in learning basic meditation techniques or cultivating a daily meditation practice to keep anxiety and stress at bay? One of my favorite things is giving people the tools that they need to reduce stress wherever they are -- at home, in a work meeting, stuck in traffic during rush hour or on line at the grocery store.
My favorite aspect of the work that I do is the look of deep peace and serenity at the end of a session when I know that my client's worries and anxieties have finally melted away. There's nothing I enjoy more in the world then helping people feel less discomfort, pain, and stress in their lives.
