- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
The cost of an investigation is dependent on the client's needs and the complexity of the investigation. The initial consultation with the client is free. At the time of the consultation, I will provide a contract for the client to review. If there is an agreement made to provide services, the client must complete and sign the contract and pay a retainer fee of $200.00 which covers pre-investigation research and the beginning of the investigation (deducted from the retainer). Additional fees may be required as the case move forward. If an investigation concludes and there is money remaining on the retainer, the client will be refunded any unused fees.
