Well, if I were asked to say one thing about my experience with Janet, it's that I learned A LOT. Fortunately, this review system doesn't force me to one thing to say. Janet came to our home, ON TIME, no cable company timelines from her. She was quick to set up her materials for our course - we took the sauce course. I'm not super quick to pick up culinary skills, but she was great working with me at my own speed.
Despite my first alfredo sauce breaking, I can confidently say that I will no longer be giving my money to Prego anymore. I have a feeling I'm going to be coming back for more courses. Her wealth of knowledge is great, but her disposition and willingness to work with you at your speed(aka patience) are at the forefront for me.
I could not recommend this more. It's like having Blue Apron or Hello Fresh, but with an instructor that helps you along instead of throwing instruction sheets at you to look at. Great for couples!

Janet is so much fun to work with. Not only is she a master craftsman, she is so good at teaching her technique. She is down to earth, easy to talk to, and a breath of fresh air!!
